A Radhakrishna Foodland solution

Quality, food safety & HSEQ at every store

As store networks scale, with more outlets, menu complexity, and delivery volumes, consistent food safety and hygiene come under pressure. UNITXPRO extends quality and compliance monitoring to the store level with mobile audits, live dashboards, and CAPA workflows configured to your HSEQ and food-safety SOPs.

Context & executive summary

Manage quality and compliance across every store

Extending compliance monitoring to the store level with real-time, data-driven HSEQ and food-safety decisions closer to the point of service.

The context

As food brands scale rapidly, growing store count, menu complexity, and delivery volumes, consistent food safety and hygiene practices come under pressure.

Extending compliance monitoring to the store level, enabling real-time, data-driven HSEQ and food-safety decisions closer to the point of service.

Key operational challenges

  • Standardize food safety checksUniform HSEQ audit checklists across all stores
  • Reduce manual audit effortDigitize inspection, checklist, and evidence capture
  • Improve real-time visibilityLive dashboards on compliance and audit status
  • Strengthen corrective action trackingAutomated non-conformance and CAPA workflows
  • Ensure regulatory readinessAudit-trail readiness for FSSAI, HACCP, and internal QA

How UNITXPRO addresses them

Radhakrishna Foodland has run food operations at scale. UNITXPRO applies that HSEQ and process discipline to store audits, CAPA, and compliance reporting.

Checklists, geo-fenced inspections, photos, and timestamps sit on the same task. Dashboards roll those records up to area, region, and centre.

We configure the modules to your HSEQ SOPs and audit cadence, and we staff on-site support through pilot and rollout.

UNITXPRO capabilities

Built for the floor and aligned to your SOPs

Modules follow your assets, store types, and audit cadence.

Optimize on the go

Simple to understand and respond, so SOP adherence happens in real time, not after the shift ends.

Mobile first execution

Easy to use for everyone on store devices and tablets, including geo-fenced audits where required.

Visual dynamic dashboards

Drill-down analytics for exception monitoring and custom automated reports for decision-makers.

Configured to your units

Checklists, roles, and geo-fence rules match your stores, commissaries, and assets.

Low-code integration

Low-code APIs for faster integration with bots, sensors, ERP, and BI. Scope is set per engagement.

Industry best practices

Processes follow food-service HSEQ practice and are then adapted to how your stores operate.

01 Understanding the challenge

Scaling stores without losing food-safety control

As store networks grow, with more outlets, menu items, and delivery volumes, consistent hygiene, HSEQ, and audit discipline at every store becomes harder to assure centrally.

Paper audits at store level

Hub and store audits on paper make real-time visibility into hygiene, cold-chain, and FSSAI status impossible.

No on-site verification

Without geo-fenced check-ins, there is risk of proxy sign-offs, audits that were not genuinely conducted in-store.

CAPA gaps

Non-conformances go untracked. Repeat violations persist when corrective actions live outside a single system.

Fragmented compliance records

FSSAI licences, renewals, and hygiene certifications tracked inconsistently across locations, regulatory risk at scale.

02 Operations assurance

Standardize audits, HSEQ compliance, and DQMP execution

Institutionalize food-safety and operational checks at stores, commissaries, and DCs. Select a module to see what it solves on the floor.

Operations assurance

Standardize and institutionalize audits

Food-safety and quality parameters configured for daily audits across stores, commissaries, and supplier locations.

  • Audit parameters created as tasks integrated with routine shift activities
  • Responses configured to capture values for performance evaluation
  • Dashboards with drill-down to track performance against audit standards daily

03 Quality assurance

Complaints, quality control, and change with evidence

Traceable complaint handling, production quality analytics, and controlled change management.

Quality assurance

Trace complaints in a time-bound manner

Standardize complaint management with clear ownership, evidence gathering, and escalation.

  • Immediate response with evidence and root cause analysis
  • Escalation matrix for overdue complaints
  • Interactive dashboards for analysis and trends

Standardize

Digitize your HSEQ and food-safety SOPs into store audit checklists, same standard across every outlet.

CAPA closure feeds the next standard. The food-safety loop does not end at an audit report.

08 Implementation approach

Configure your SOPs on the floor, then scale store by store

Pilot on selected stores, validate geo-fenced audits and CAPA closure with UAT, then roll out the same model across the network, configured to your HSEQ checklists and audit cadence.

Implementation approach

Seven implementation phases. Select a phase to read its objective, key activities, and output.

Objective

Understand store processes, stakeholders, audit cadence, and systems.

Key Activities

Map store roles, existing HSEQ SOPs, and audit checklists. Agree pilot stores and the first audit loop to digitize.

Output

Agreed pilot stores and first food-safety audit process in scope.

Start with store audits on pilot locations. Once geo-fenced audits and CAPA are stable, expand across the network.
